I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream - H. Ellison | 9.16.2024

Hello friends - it’s been a while. Thanks to anyone who asked or encouraged me to put out new words, it’s meant a lot. I haven’t had much to say recently, so I’ve tried to fill the space with a new (old) art form - film photography. I picked up the hobby and have since run around the world with Bloomfield, NE’s finest Canon AE-1 strapped to my chest. Besides a sad loss of some great moments in Mexico City (Tip 1: know which direction to unroll film so it doesn’t rip), a lot of my year has been captured this way. Click through the new Photography tab to see more. Despite my limited ability, it’s been a great reprieve.

Still, I did put some thoughts together in a brief reflection (linked below).

Thanks for coming. Talk again soon.
